Publish posts

Komma can provide content for your organisation’s public website: posts that you write in the portal appear automatically on the website – without the need for a separate content management system, and without having to maintain the content in two places.
Creating a post
- Open Website → Posts.
- Create a new post: title, text, and optionally an image.
- Publish the post – it will appear on your organisation’s website.
As long as a post hasn’t been published, it remains a draft and isn’t visible to the public. This allows you to prepare it at your leisure and publish it at the right time.
One piece of content, many channels
The major advantage of the integrated solution is that posts and events are stored in the same system as your newsletters. This means that up-to-date content can also be used in your newsletter – written once, read across all channels.
Tips for good posts
- Meaningful title: This appears in overviews and search engines.
- Use images: A post with an image is read significantly more often.
- Keep content up to date: Outdated posts are less effective than a few recent ones. It’s better to tidy things up occasionally.
Who can publish posts?
Publishing requires the appropriate permissions – your organisation’s administrator manages who in the team is authorised to do what (see Users and Permissions).
