Personal mailboxes

As well as the organisation’s shared mailbox, Komma can also integrate personal mailboxes for individual team members – for example, an employee’s work email address.

Personal mailboxes remain private: other team members cannot see their contents.

- Contact context: Komma recognises known contacts even in personal emails.
- Sender selection: When composing an email, you can choose whether it is sent from your organisation’s mailbox or your personal one.
Set-up
The integration of a personal mailbox is set up by your organisation’s administrator. The mailbox’s login details (IMAP) are required. Once set up, the mailbox will appear in your email section and will be kept automatically synchronised.
